Can I bring my kids?
I’m sorry but kiddos aren’t permitted during facials and peels. The studio is not safe for children.
I have a gift card from Carrie Rae Esthetics. Can I still use it?
Yes! Carrie Rae Esthetics is now Pure Skin Esthetics and we honor gift cards purchased before the name change.
I’m pregnant. Can I still get a facial?
Always check with your healthcare provider first. We offer facials that are pregnancy safe.
I’m late to my appointment. Now what?
There is a 10 minute grace period. Being late may result in parts of the service being omitted. Being more than 10 minutes late will result in a same day cancellation.
Does Pure Skin Esthetics have a referral program?
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, we love referrals! Earn a 20% discount when you refer a friend and they include your name in the “Booking Notes” section when booking. And your referral gets 20% off their service too. Must mention referral when booking to earn discount.
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 12 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before making the next appointment.
